you matter, and we will provide you with all the tools you need in order to create ridiculously personalised experiences for our guests every day!The Role:Were looking for a Bar Floor Supervisor with personality, passion, and a hands-on approach to join our team in a luxury hotel in Central London. This is a guest-facing role where youll help lead the bar floor team, maintain high service standards, and ensure every guest experience is memorable.Youll have some experience working in bars or hospitality, ideally within a premium or luxury environment along with a good knowledge of spirits and classic cocktails. What really matters, though, is your drive, your ability to work well with others, and your confidence in stepping up when needed.Key Responsibilities:Help Overseeing daily operations across Fitzs bar, the Parlour, Summer Terrace, Lobby and SnugLead by example in delivering outstanding customer service.Support and motivate the bar team to maintain high standards.Assist with training and onboarding of new staff.Run the floor during service, ensuring smooth operations.Handle guest enquiries and concerns with professionalism and care.Carry out daily cashing-up procedures and reporting duties.Maintain a strong presence on the floor, hosting and engaging with guests.What Were Looking For:Strong interpersonal skills with a natural ability to lead and inspire others.A hands-on approach with a can-do attitudeGreat team player who enjoys working collaborativelyPassionate about delivering memorable guest experiences.Reliable, well-presented, and highly organizedDo you have what it takes to be our next
