We''re currently recruiting SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils in primary and secondary schools across West Sussex. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about helping children with additional needs thrive in the classroom.

Your Role Will Include:

• Supporting pupils with special educational needs in both learning and wellbeing



• Helping children stay focused, confident, and engaged throughout the school day



• Assisting teachers with lessons and classroom routines



• Creating a calm, inclusive, and positive learning environment



• Working flexibly across different schools and age groups

What We''re Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people (in schools, care, youth work, etc.)



• A calm, patient, and supportive approach



• Confidence to adapt to different school settings and pupil needs



• A genuine interest in helping children reach their potential



• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
