Youandrsquo;ll be working with pupils of all agesandmdash;from enthusiastic primary learners to focused secondary studentsandmdash;making a real impact every day.

What Youandrsquo;ll Be Doing

• Supporting teachers with lessons and classroom activities
• Working one-on-one or in small groups to help pupils stay engaged
• Creating a safe, inclusive environment where every child feels supported
• Assisting pupils with additional needs and adapting to their learning styles
• Helping manage behaviour in a calm and encouraging way
• Collaborating with teachers and staff to support pupil progress and wellbeing

What Weandrsquo;re Looking For

• Experience working with children (across different age groups is a bonus)
• A patient, caring, and flexible approach
• Confidence supporting pupils with a range of needs
• Strong communication skills and a team-player mindset
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
