The role will involve handling a varied caseload of Property and Regeneration matters and will provide legal advice and support to committees, members and senior officers.Greenwich Legal Services is committed to being a high performing in-house legal service which plays an essential part in the achievement of the Royal Borough of Greenwich priorities and objectives for the benefit of our community.You will join us at an exciting time as the Royal Borough of Greenwich continues with its on-going ambitious regeneration programme.Utilising skills and experience gained within a similar position, you will report to the Senior Property and Regeneration Lawyer and work with them, being responsible for your own caseload covering a wide range of Regeneration and Property matters and advising on Cabinet and other decision reports.You must be a qualified solicitor or barrister holding a current practising certificate, or CiLex/ equivalent experience.
