Tasked with overseeing the entirety of the food and beverage department, your duties extend beyond managing a team. You’ll oversee every culinary creation and beverage dispensed to ensure they uphold the highest standards. You’ll also navigate health and safety regulations to prioritise everyone’s well-being and inspire your team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Complementing this, your working knowledge of stocks, ordering and stocktaking result analysis will support and drive our mission to becoming the UK’s most loved Casinos.Responsibilities
Oversee the Food and Beverage department and daily operations of the venue restaurant and bar areasLead and develop the FandB team to deliver high standards of service and guest experienceEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high levels of food safety and qualityManage stock control, ordering, and stocktake result analysis to support financial and service objectivesCollaborate with senior management to uphold the casino’s hospitality standardsQualifications
Experience as a General Manager, Assistant Manager, or FandB manager in a reputable branded or independent food and beverage organisationA good level of knowledge of the food and beverage industryMinimum level 3 food safety (current or expired)A real passion for delivering the highest standards and experience to customersBenefits
