This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and client-focused individual to handle a varied caseload of residential property matters and develop their career within a supportive environment.Key Responsibilities

Managing a full caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to post-completionHandling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, shared ownership and new build mattersDrafting and reviewing contracts, title reports and other relevant legal documentationEnsuring all transactions comply with relevant regulations and internal proceduresProviding clear, practical advice to clients while delivering excellent client careLiaising with clients, estate agents, lenders and other solicitors to ensure smooth transaction progressionMaintaining accurate case records and meeting deadlinesAbout You / Qualifications
