Residential Conveyancer

to join a well-established and progressive law firm based in Grantham. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious individual to manage a varied caseload within a supportive and professional environment.The Role

You will be responsible for handling a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, from instruction through to completion, including:Managing sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and new build transactionsPreparing and undertaking searches, drafting contracts, and dealing with enquiriesHandling exchange, completion, and post-completion formalities (including SDLT, Land Registry, and Companies House requirements)Liaising effectively with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other third partiesEnsuring compliance with regulatory standards and internal proceduresIdentifying cross-referral opportunities within other areas of the firmAbout You

The successful candidate will:Have solid experience in residential conveyancing and managing their own caseloadDemonstrate excellent organisational and time management skillsBe confident in building and maintaining client and third-party relationshipsHave strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlinesShow commitment to delivering high-quality client careBe IT literate with knowledge of case management systems (experience with SOS Connect is an advantage)Requirements
