You ll be speaking to existing customers about their upcoming renewals, handling objections, retaining business, and identifying opportunities to increase value all within a structured, supportive environment.No insurance experience? If you understand sales, targets, and how to influence a conversation the company can teach you the rest.What You ll Be Doing Proactively contacting existing customers ahead of renewalRetaining customers and achieving renewal targetsHandling objections confidently and professionallyIdentifying cross-sell and upsell opportunitiesProviding clear and accurate product informationNegotiating within agreed authority levelsCompleting documentation accurately and compliantlyWorking towards income and retention KPIs What We re Looking For Proven sales experience (essential) telesales, telemarketing, account management or similarComfortable working to targets and KPIsStrong objection-handling and negotiation skillsExcellent telephone manner and communication skillsHigh attention to detailReliable, committed individuals with a stable work historyGCSE Grade C/4 or above in ..... full job details .....
