Customer Experience Specialist

My-client-is-seeking-a-Customer-Experience-Specialist-to-join-their-team-on-a-permanent-basis.
As-a-Customer-Experience-Specialist-you-will-play-a-crucial-role-in-enhancing-the-service-experience-of-our-customers.-You-will-become-an-important-part-of-our-Customer-Care-Team-where-the-emphasis-is-placed-on-delivering-exceptional-service,-timely-responses,-and-robust-solutions.-This-position-is-not-simply-about-addressing-inquiries-but-is-instead-focused-on-creating-a-friendly,-trustworthy,-and-customer-centric-environment.
Key-Responsibilities:
- Deliver-outstanding-customer-service-through-direct-communication-via-phone,-email,-and-chat,-ensuring-customer-inquiries-are-resolved-efficiently-and-effectively.
- Build-and-nurture-positive-relationships-with-customers,-actively-listening-to-their-needs-and-concerns,-and-offering-tailored-solutions.
- Troubleshoot-and-resolve-issues,-ensuring-customer-satisfaction-through-follow-up-and-feedback-channels.
- Collaborate-with-various-internal-departments-to-escalate-and-address-complex-customer-requests,-promoting-a-seamless-service-experience.
- Maintain-accurate-records-of-customer-interactions-and-transactions,-documenting-all-communications-thoroughly-in-the-CRM-system.
- Continuously-look-for-ways-to-improve-processes-and-customer-interactions,-contributing-to-team-goals-and-initiatives.
- Participate-in-training-and-development-opportunities-to-enhance-personal-and-professional-growth,-while-staying-up-to-date-on-company-products-and-services.
Qualifications:
- Proven-experience-in-a-customer-service-role,-preferably-within-a-call-centre-or-similar-environment.
- Strong-communication-skills,-both-verbal-and-written,-with-the-ability-to-effectively-convey-information-to-diverse-audiences.
- Excellent-problem-solving-skills,-demonstrating-the-ability-to-navigate-challenging-situations-with-a-calm-and-professional-demeanour.
- Ability-to-work-collaboratively-with-team-members-and-cross-functional-departments.
- Familiarity-with-CRM-systems-and-customer-service-software,-enhancing-service-delivery-and-tracking.
- A-passion-for-delivering-exceptional-customer-experiences-and-a-commitment-to-positive-outcomes.
