The kitchen delivers breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner, afternoon tea, functions and events, with a strong focus on freshly prepared, seasonal food. The Role: Lead and develop a team of 15 Oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation and food safety Work closely with the Head of Food on seasonal menus Manage GP, budgets, HACCP, HandS and allergens Hours: 5/7 including weekends, 45 hours per week.
