Practice Nurse, Primary Care

We are recruiting for a well-established and highly organised private GP Practice, committed to the provision of a world class medical service to local and international patients. As a Practice Nurse (Pathway Coordinator) you will work with a dynamic team of two doctors, a clinic co-ordinator and a practice manager. Cromwell Hospital is an internationally renowned private hospital located in the heart of Kensington, London. We offer treatment for both adults and children and are dedicated to providing world class care to our patients.What you\''ll do: As a Practice Nurse (Pathway Coordinator), you will interact with patients, consultants and all clinical services to facilitate the delivery of a consistent and coordinated patient journey, whilst demonstrating care, compassion, and excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Demonstrate a collaborative and flexible approach to teamwork, actively sharing responsibilities to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care and fostering a positive, supportive environment for both colleagues and patients.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure clear understanding and expectations.
Health promotion and management of health assessment bookings.
Perform general clinical testing including blood pressure monitoring, height and weight.
Medication administration including subcutaneous and intramuscular injections.
Perform electrocardiograms and spirometry.
Order and manage appropriate stock and consumables needed for the service.
Act as a Link Nurse in a designated area reporting to and from meetings and training updates.
Qualifications
Registered General Nurse (RGN) with NMC PIN.
Primary care experience (Desirable).
Medication administration including subcutaneous and intramuscular injections.
Experience with wound management, electrocardiograms and spirometry.
Experience with health promotion and management of health assessment bookings.
Paediatric Phlebotomy experience.
Management experience is required.
