Responsibilities

Deliver evidence-based care for minor illnesses, long-term conditions, and preventative health.Administer vaccinations, travel health advice, and screening programmes.Support chronic disease management and health promotion.Provide treatment and referrals for minor injuries and illnesses.Assist with family planning and national immunisation programmes.Mentor junior staff and contribute to clinical governance and audits.Qualifications and Requirements

NMC Registered Nurse with 2+ years post-registration experience.Background in Primary Care and Family Planning.Strong communication, autonomy, and team collaboration.Skills in PGD, ECG, phlebotomy, smoking cessation, and travel health.Commitment to high standards, safeguarding, and inclusive care.
