Lead financial planning and analysis activities to support strategic decision-making.Collaborate with key stakeholders to provide insightful business partnering services.Develop and monitor financial models and forecasts to enhance business performance.Prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership.Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue growth.Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals to achieve departmental goals.Support the implementation of financial systems and process improvements.Profile / Qualifications

A successful FPandA and Finance Business Partner should have:Strong qualifications in accounting, finance, or a related field.Proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.Expertise in financial modelling and reporting tools.A proactive approach to driving financial performance and strategy.Experience within the FS industry is highly desirable.Location
