Responding to customer and debtor queries. Setting up and maintaining payment plans. Maintaining accurate financial records and reconciliations. Processing invoices, adjustments, discounts and fee waivers. Investigating failed payments and resolving payment queries. Supporting month-end, audit and reporting activities. Helping identify opportunities to improve processes and ways of working. Working closely with internal teams and external partners when required. About you Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong communication and customer service skills. Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workload. Confidence dealing with financial information and resolving queries. Good IT skills and experience using finance systems. The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
