Location: Covering the London and South East region with regular travel across multiple sites. Flexibility on the base location within this region.
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience plus car allowance.
Contract type: Full Time, Permanent.
Working hours: 40 Hours per week

Are you an experienced HR Business Partner looking for an opportunity to make a significant impact within a dynamic, multi-site organisation£ Do you excel at building influential relationships with senior stakeholders, navigating complex employee relations matters, and delivering people-focused solutions that drive organisational performance£
We are seeking a HR Business Partner to support approximately 1,000 colleagues across London and the South East, partnering with Regional Directors and operational leaders to deliver a proactive and commercially focused people agenda. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will play a pivotal role in aligning people strategies with business objectives, enhancing employee engagement, developing leadership capability and ensuring best practice across all areas of HR.
What you''ll be doing:
· Partner with Regional Directors, senior leaders and managers to provide strategic HR support, driving organisational performance through workforce planning, people insights and effective people strategies.
· Lead complex employee relations matters, coaching managers on performance, absence, disciplinary and grievance issues whilst ensuring employment law compliance and best practice.
· Build trusted relationships across the business, influencing decision-making and supporting employee engagement, wellbeing and retention initiatives.
· Lead TUPE transfers and organisational change programmes, including consultations, due diligence, restructures and service provision changes.
· Support the attraction, development and retention of talent through coaching, succession planning and learning and development initiatives.
· Contribute to the delivery of the People Strategy, leading HR projects that improve the employee experience and support business objectives.
· Provide specialist HR expertise to operational teams, liaising with external partners including Trade Unions, Occupational Health and legal advisors where required.
· Line manage and develop the regional HR Advisor, fostering a high-performing, collaborative and customer-focused HR team.
What we''re looking for:
Essential Experience
· At least 5 years'' experience in a senior HR advisory or business partnering role.
· Strong practical knowledge of TUPE legislation, consultations and post-transfer employee relations.
· Proven experience managing complex employee relations cases.
· Excellent knowledge and application of UK employment law.
· Experience working within a multi-site, operational environment, ideally supporting a large field-based workforce.
· Experience supporting organisational change, restructures and workforce planning activities.
· Experience managing and developing junior HR team members.
· Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
· Full UK driving license.
Desirable
· MCIPD qualification (or working towards).
· Experience working with Trade Unions.
