Locum Consultant Urological Surgeon

Overview
A new and exciting opportunity is advertised for a Urology Consultant to join our Urology team. This is a fixed term post for an 8th urology consultant. This is a new post and applicants with skills that complement the department would be welcome. The department is open to candidates developing their own subspecialty interests. An interest in core urology and competence in bladder outflow surgery/functional urology would be desirable.Responsibilities
To fully participate of elective and emergency urological service (this includes management of common paediatric inguino-scrotal conditions)To provide highest possible levels of patient careTo work as an active member of the Urology teamTo actively remain clinically competentTo work closely with Multidisciplinary teamsTo activate particulate and undertake auditTo teach staff/Medical StudentsTo work to all Trust Policies and proceduresTo work flexiblyAbout the role and organisation
