We offer an inspiring environment for food and drink lovers to create memorable experiences.What Youll DoAs our Sous Chef, youll work directly with the Head Chef to lead the kitchen team, helping deliver high-quality dishes and smooth service every shift. Youll be trusted with:Running service in the Head Chefs absenceSupporting with stock control, rota planning and kitchen managementEnsuring consistency, quality, and food hygiene standardsCoaching and developing junior kitchen staffContributing to menu development and seasonal specialsWhat Were Looking ForWe want someone who lives and breathes food.
