You will lead and inspire a dedicated team of teachers, promoting excellence in teaching and learning within the department. This is an exciting opportunity to join the academy during a period of transition, working closely with a new Principal and Vice Principal. You will lead a team of six staff members, including a Second in Mathematics, within a diverse school community that serves a high proportion of Pupil Premium (PP) and SEND students.
