We''re recruiting a Pre-Construction Commercial Manager for a successful and growing business specialising in high-quality commercial interior fit-out. This isn''t a role managing the commercial side of live construction projects. Instead, you''ll take ownership of the commercial pre-construction process, working on opportunities from tender receipt through pricing, procurement and commercial assessment before handing a robust, properly bought project across to the delivery team. It''s a great opportunity for an experienced pre-construction professional or a commercially strong Estimator, Quantity Surveyor or Commercial Manager who wants to move into a broader pre-construction role. The Role You''ll be involved from the point an opportunity lands, taking responsibility for: Managing the pre-construction process from tender through to project handover Reviewing tender documentation, drawings and specifications Pricing and commercially assessing opportunities Procuring subcontractor, supplier and specialist packages Obtaining, analysing and negotiating quotations Building and maintaining strong supply-chain relationships Preparing tender submissions and commercial assessments Producing client valuations where required Identifying commercial risks and opportunities Developing value-engineering options Preparing procurement ..... full job details .....
