I am urgently seeking an Interim HR Administrator for a 3 month period to work for a Higher Education organisation in East London. This role will pay a rate of 175 to 187 per day through an umbrella company and will be hybrid working with 2 to 3 days per week on site and the remainder remote. The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately or within a weeks'' notice and will support the HR Team with the efficient and smooth running of all administrative aspects of the HR process, including; generalist HR, Communications, Learning and Development and other administrative duties. Candidates will be expected to have the following experience, knowledge and skills: - Has previously worked as an HR Administrator or HR Coordinator in generalist HR capacity.Has a passion for providing great customer service and is committed to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.Possesses excellent analytical and communication skills with the highest degree of integrity.Supporting other areas of PandC team as required.Essential Skills include: -Previous HR administrative experience.Demonstrable skills in the Microsoft 365 suite of products.Demonstrable skills in gathering information from diverse sources and the ability to present that information in an appropriate manner.Excellent attention to detail.Good planning and organising skills.Experience of working effectively without close supervision.Excellent customer care skills, with a proven ability to meet customer ..... full job details .....
