We’re looking for a
Product Owner
to lead the evolution of our
Card-as-a-Service (CaaS)
and
Banking-as-a-Service (BaaS)
offerings. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact features, improve partner experience, and scale monetization. You’ll be responsible for defining the roadmap, shipping initiatives, and ensuring our embedded finance platform meets the needs of both our clients and the business. This is a strategic product role focused on product development, customer impact, growth, and business outcomes.
Working hours:
9-6 UK time zone .
Responsibilities
Define and own the product roadmap for CaaS/BaaS in line with company growth objectives
Translate customer needs and market trends into clear, actionable product requirements
Collaborate closely with commercial, engineering, compliance, and operations teams to deliver on commitments
Launch and scale high-impact features that improve customer adoption, retention, and monetization
Partner with Sales and Partnerships teams to support client onboarding and understand pain points
Use customer insights, competitive research, and business data to guide prioritization
Track product performance and KPIs — revenue contribution, activation rates, feature usage
Run product discovery efforts, collect feedback, and iterate on product-market fit
Support internal enablement with documentation, training, and go-to-market materials
Champion a customer-first and outcome-driven product culture
Qualifications
3+ years of experience at a high-growth tech company in fintech, BaaS, or platform products
Proven success delivering features that moved core business metrics (revenue, activation, retention)
Strong product sense and intuition for user needs and pain points
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to break down complex problems and align teams around clear goals
Data-driven mindset — comfortable making decisions based on qualitative and quantitative inputs
Strong analytical thinking along with solid business sense that guides ROI-based prioritisation
Ability to craft and drive a focused product vision, and effectively communicate it to leadership, partners, and customers
