Using your Salesforce expertise, you’ll translate business needs into clear solutions, refine requirements, and ensure the development backlog is always ready to go. By working closely with our banners, technical teams, and third-party partners, you’ll help us deliver customer-first solutions that unlock efficiency, innovation, and growth.What’s the job?
As a CRM Product Owner, you’ll work to translate business needs into solutions, prioritise the development backlog, support and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and collaborate with multiple stakeholders across the group to deliver customer-focused improvements.Responsibilities
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, users and technical teams, documenting requirements and ensuring solutions are fit for purpose.Own and prioritise the development backlog, making sure sprint work aligns with business priorities.Support and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure new functionality meets agreed requirements.Work with multiple stakeholders across our group to gather, challenge and refine requirements in a constructive and collaborative way.Identify business risks, impacts, and process improvements to drive efficiency and customer value.Partner with third-party vendors and managed service providers to ensure delivery is on time and to expectations.Champion a customer-first mindset across the team, ensuring every solution improves the experience for our users.What You\''ll Bring
Salesforce expertise, ideally with Administrator certification and hands-on experience in a Product Owner, Product Manager or Business Analyst role.Proven experience in requirements gathering, documentation and backlog management.Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the confidence to challenge constructively and build consensus.Experience supporting or leading User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensuring solutions meet business needs.A growth mindset, with the ability to think strategically, act with pace, and deliver results in a dynamic environment.Be Customer Focussed
