A diagnostics manufacturer has an exciting opportunity for a QA Officer to join the team. The main purpose of the role will be to ensure compliance within the Quality Management System (QMS). You must have previous experience in an ISO9001 compliant QA function.Responsibilities

Work closely with the QA/RA Manager managing the Quality Management System.Assist all quality and regulatory projects, processes, and activitiesReviewing and approval of QA-controlled documentation (such as SOPs, batch records, working instructions, non-conforming work);Support for the development of appropriate Corrective and Preventative Actions (CAPAs) and continuous improvement activities.Maintenance of training records matrices for relevant staffTo provide administrative support to the QA/RA department and any other duties as requestedAssist in regulatory audits i.e., ISO9001Lead on internal auditsAct as point of contact for Manager for QA related tasks when QA/RA Manager is not on siteQualifications

Degree in Life Sciences (related subject) desirable but not essentialAt least 2 years’ experience in a QA regulated environment, industry or science-based company desirable but training will be provided.Understanding and knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS)Good communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work proactively both individually and as part of a teamStrong statistical data analysis skillsAbility to be methodical, conscientious, organized and show attention to detailTo maintain a high level of integrity, motivation, and reliability in all workTo be decisive where needed, display decision making and problem-solving skillsComputer literateAttention to detailTime management skills
