You will be at the forefront of shaping and delivering their online sales and optimisation strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of online trading performance, lead a multi-brand ecommerce team and shape the channel\''s commercial future. This is a commercially accountable, sales-driven role!The Role

Own and deliver online sales and profit targets, shaping annual budgets and forecastsDrive site optimisation, navigation, merchandising and content for conversion and AOV upliftChampion customer experience through data-led UX enhancements and joined-up brand storytellingCollaborate across Marketing, Buying, Merchandising, IT and Supply Chain to ensure alignmentLead and develop a 7-person trading and website optimisation team, fostering high performanceThe Ideal Candidate

Proven track record leading ecommerce trading in a multi-million retail brand (profit lens, not just revenue)Ideally worked for an Accessories/Jewellery brandHighly analytical and curious - hypotheses, pull/query data and turn insights into actionStrong stakeholder management skills - work collaboratively with Buying and Merch, Product/UX, SEO, CRM etc.Strong team leadership skills - Coach and upskill the teamCustomer-centric - can map out longer consideration customer journeysExperience working with multi-brand would be a benefitHow to apply
