Work will involve preparing information packs for parents/carers and panel members to hear school appeals. There needs to be great attention to detail as this is high profile. The work will be repetitive and scheduled as well as time sensitive. Confidentiality is very important with this project and there will be a lot of sensitive information so adhering to policy is essential.

There will be a small team of experienced colleagues who have done this in previous years and have enjoyed it.

We require someone who is tech savvy and quick to learn new systems. Candidates must be confident with Office 365 and experienced with Adobe would be helpful.

As this is a short term requirement, I need to ask that the candidates do not have any pre-booked leave and leave is unlikely to be granted throughout the project.

These roles will be mostly working from home with some requirement to attend and work from City Hall.
