Windsor Forest Colleges Group is looking for an HR Coordinator to join our Human Resources team, working at both the Berkshire College of Agriculture and Slough and Langley College campuses. This is a part time, permanent position working 14.5 hours a week, all year round.We can offer flexibility around the working pattern and welcome applications from candidates who wish to work either two days per week (Thursday and Friday) or spread their hours across three days (Wednesday to Friday).The actual salary ranges from 10,692.38 (H19) up to 11,751.66 (H22) per annum depending on experience and qualifications, based on a full time equivalent salary of 27,284 to 29,987.HR CoordinatorAs one of two HR Coordinators, you will work collaboratively to provide seamless HR support across the week, delivering an efficient and professional HR service to colleagues across the Group.
