Director of Cost Management

A leading multidisciplinary property consultancy is seeking a Director of Cost Consultancy to strengthen their London leadership team. The successful Director of Cost Consultancy will oversee cost management commissions across residential, housing-led regeneration and wider public-sector property projects. The Director of Cost Consultancy will combine project leadership with team management, client development and commercial strategy. Working closely with senior stakeholders, the Director of Cost Consultancy will ensure commissions are delivered to a high standard while identifying opportunities to expand existing relationships and secure new work. This opportunity would suit an established Director of Cost Consultancy or senior Associate Director ready to take the next step.
