Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company goals. Lead and mentor a growing marketing team across digital, content, CRM, and brand functions. Oversee multi-channel marketing including paid media, SEO, email, organic social, partnerships, and offline. Build brand awareness and drive customer acquisition and retention. Use data and insights to continuously refine messaging, campaigns, and performance. Manage the marketing budget and report on ROI Experienced Required: Current experience as a Marketing Manager within the travel industry Proven leadership experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments. Deep understanding of customer acquisition and lifecycle marketing. Hands-on experience with digital channels, marketing analytics, and CRM platforms. Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and commercial focus. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
