What will you be doing as a Purchase Ledger?Working as part of the finance team, you will be covering all aspects of purchase ledger. Duties will include:Processing stock and non-stock invoicesMatching and coding invoicesLiaising with other departments to ensure invoice sign offResolving internal and external queriesBuilding strong relationships with the suppliersEnsuring approval for all paymentsChecking correct bank details for each supplierLoading payments onto the banking systemSending out remittances via email and postStatement reconciliationMonthly review of control accounts to including goods received reportWe would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:Experience in a similar Purchase Ledger or Accounts Payable role or possibly a background in a more general accounts role with strong purchase ledger skillsGood communication skillsAble to work in a fast paced environmentConfident IT skills with Word and ExcelExperience using ERP systems would be beneficialWhat will you get in return for your work as a Purchase Ledger?A salary of ..... full job details .....
