Nurse Team Leader

As a

Nurse Team Leader , you will:Lead the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring high standards of care.Manage care packages under the direction of the Clinical Operations Manager.Work on shift as part of the team to support and improve care delivery.Provide expert nursing care, particularly in ventilation and tracheostomy management.Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:NMC registration

with a valid PIN.Strong clinical skills, with experience in ventilation and tracheostomy care.Experience in

community and/or complex care nursing.A

car and valid driving licence

(essential).Experience working with adults with additional support needs (advantageous).Salary and Hours

Equivalent to Band 5
