Job Description A Lead Infrastructure Engineer within the Proxy Service Delivery team will have the following responsibilities Job responsibilities: Client and Stakeholder management including client consultations, communication of expected completion dates and ongoing expectation management Contribute to process management and improvement within the team by updating and creating documentation and runbooks in line with engineering standards Provide advanced troubleshooting and support for Proxy issues Collaborate with other IT and business teams to align proxy solutions with organizational goals Contribute to change management process improvement by building standardized change implementation templates Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members Required qualifications, capabilities and skills: 7+ years of hands-on experience in installation, migration and decommission suite of Broadcom (erstwhile Bluecoat) devices including Proxy SG, Secure Web Gateway (ISG), Symantec Content Analysis Systems (CAS), SSL Visibility appliances and Symantec Management Center (SMC). Experience with other SaaS based Secure Gateway vendor e.g. Zscaler, Netskope etc Ability to build, test and deploy proxy-based security solutions Good understanding of network infrastructure, network security concepts and application layer protocols (http/https) and vulnerability mitigation Good understanding of REST API and container-based deployment models.
