This is a fantastic opportunity for a dependable and driven individual to lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced, technical environment.You will be responsible for supervising staff, coordinating daily operations, optimising warehouse processes, maintaining accurate inventory through ERP systems, and ensuring timely and safe delivery of materials across the site. Key Accountabilities - + Supervise and motivate a logistics/warehouse team to meet operational targets.+ Manage storage facilities across site and oversee the flow of goods and materials.+ Maintain accurate records using ERP systems (e.g., Tropos) and conduct regular audits.+ Support health, safety, and environmental policies through inspections and risk assessments.+ Coordinate the maintenance of warehouse vehicles and equipment.+ Drive continuous improvement initiatives and support Lean practices.+ Ensure compliance with DGSA duties including incident reporting and staff training.+ Collaborate with internal teams and support cross-functional meetings.
