Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with management to develop production schedules and meet deadlines. Experience Proven team leader experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is essential. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Familiarity with assembly processes and techniques is highly desirable. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
