Duties Supervise and coordinate the daily activities 10-15 production team members to ensure efficient workflow. Assemble products according to specifications, ensuring quality control at every stage. Operate and maintain various hand tools and power tools, providing guidance to team members as needed. Monitor production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions. Train new employees on equipment operation, safety protocols, and company policies. Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with management to develop production schedules and meet deadlines. Experience Proven team leader experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is essential. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively. Familiarity with assembly processes and techniques is highly desirable. Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
