Office Manager
Our client is a developer with a longstanding reputation for excellence across the region, looking for a highly organised Office Manager/PA to play a pivotal role in their operation, ensuring the head office runs efficiently and professionally. This is a varied position combining executive support with operational management. You will work closely with the Directors to facilitate business activities and maintain a high-quality working environment. Key responsibilities include: Executive Support: Managing diaries, coordinating meetings and filtering communication for senior leadership to ensure their time is optimised. Operational Oversight: taking ownership of office facilities, managing external supplier contracts and maintaining high standards throughout the workspace. General Administration: overseeing correspondence, filing systems and ad-hoc project support as required by the team. Team Liaison: acting as the primary point of contact for internal staff queries and external visitors. Our Ideal Candidate You will be an experienced support professional who understands the nuances of working within a dynamic, independent business. Proven track record as an Office Manager, PA or Senior Administrator. Immaculate presentation and communication skills.
