The In Room Dining Supervisor is responsible for the execution and supervision of service to Corinthia London standards within the In Room Dining guidelines.You will be responsible for ensuring that our guests enjoy their visit to Corinthia London by being actively involved in an efficient and effective In Room Dining operation. To do that you will be carrying out any reasonable task requested by the managers in order to assist with the smooth operation of the department and to ensure good teamwork.ABOUT YOULuxury hospitality experienceFood and Beverage experience requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsA strong desire to learn and develop a career within luxury hospitalityGood level of written and spoken EnglishFlexibility to work varied hoursAbility and resilience to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environmentPride and attention to detail in your workConfidence and professionalism when interacting with high profile guestsKnowledge and understanding of the local regulations concerning the sale of tobacco, wines and spirits.Thorough knowledge of how MICROS system works.Minimum 3 years of In Room Dining supervisory experience in a 5-star luxury propertyGood food knowledgeHealth and safety knowledgeCOSHH knowledgeGood computer skills – Microsoft OfficeLeadership SkillsABOUT CORINTHIACorinthia London combines contemporary flair with traditional grandeur.
