The successful candidate will play a key role in managing employee relations, driving employee engagement, enhancing EDI initiatives, developing management capability, and overseeing all day-to-day HR operations.Please note: this is a fully site-based position, requiring attendance on-site 5 days per week at the company''s location near Hayes.
