Aspire People are working with primary schools across St Helens and the surrounding areas, looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to join their teams throughout the autumn term, with schools needing immediate starts.

These aren''t just classroom support roles. You''ll have the opportunity to work closely with pupils, build positive relationships and help them develop the confidence and skills they need to succeed.

Where Could You Fit In?

Depending on your experience, you could be:

Supporting a pupil on a 1:1 basis
Working with children with SEND and additional needs
Helping a KS1 or KS2 class stay engaged and on track
Running small-group interventions
Supporting phonics, literacy or numeracy activities
Providing general classroom support alongside the teacher
Working in a longer-term role with the potential to become permanent

There are full-time, part-time, long-term, supply and temp-to-perm opportunities available.
