The ideal Junior Sous Chef will have:An expert knowledge and passion for ingredients, flavours and food design.High level of culinary skill.Excellent and innovative culinary and presentation skills and demonstrate a passion for foodHaving the ability to plan, lead and execute projects on their own to achieve desired standardsAbility to influence and operate at all levelsUsed to working with large numbers but not compromise on qualityMinimum 2 years'' experience as a CDP or senior CDPPrevious experience in a similar role in a branded high-quality hotelStrong organisational skills.Ability to work to strict pressured deadlines.Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of allergens, food safety and hygiene, health and safety, COSHH, HACCP, RIDDOR, and relevant audits, EHO etcIf you are an experienced Hotel Junior Sous Chef for an exciting new role, apply now!TPBN1_UKCT
