Were recruiting for a Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team at a brand-new, on-site pizza restaurant and bar within a high-profile hospitality and events venue in Northamptonshire.This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a freshly launched conceptserving the public, karters, and delivering venue-wide as part of a busy, scratch-cooked catering operation.About the VenueSet in a vibrant, 52-week-a-year events environment, the venue caters to casual diners, corporate guests, conferences, and large-scale functions. The pizzeria is a new addition and will be operated in-house by an experienced catering team of over 45 chefs and front-of-house staff.What We Offer

Prepare and cook high-quality pizzas to spec in a busy service environment

Support daily kitchen operations under the direction of the Sous Chef and Head ChefFollow recipe specs, portion control, and service standardsAssist with prep, stock rotation, and maintaining a clean working areaHelp ensure all food safety, allergen, and HACCP procedures are followedCommunicate effectively with kitchen and FOH teamsTake part in team briefings, training, and menu development sessionsContribute ideas and maintain high standards of consistency and presentationRequirementsPrevious experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef in a pizzaConfident working with fresh dough, pizza ovens, and fast-paced prepLevel 2 Food Hygiene Certificate (essential)Knowledge of food safety, allergens, and kitchen complianceA genuine love for food, especially pizzaGood communication skills and a team player mindsetWillingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and eveningsA full UK driving licence due to the locationHow to Apply
