This role involves managing personal injury claims governed by the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) in England and Wales, as well as personal injury claims arising in jurisdictions outside England and Wales. You will need a strong understanding of CPR processes alongside the ability to navigate varied international and cross-border legal frameworks. You''ll handle complex cases that sit outside standard portals, applying technical knowledge of liability, causation, and quantum while managing claims across multiple legal systems.
