Interim HR Manager - OD focus - 8 Month FTC - London Hybrid Interim HR Manager - OD focus - 8 Month FTC - London Hybridc80-90k Working for a leading global manufacturing business. Reporting to the HR Director and working as an Interim HR Manager with a project focus - you will lead a range of global OD projects spanning Europe, Asia and the USA including standardising and harmonising pay structures using Hay methodology, develop and implement compentency frameworks and look at talent mapping within the business to ensure it is set up correctly for future success. CIPD qualified or equivalent, the successful candidate will have a strong tenure within global matrix firms where they will have led a variety of OD initiatives including job architecture, implementing competency frameworks and talent management. Having experience of supporting a multi site manufacturing business or similar would be preferential. It is essential that you can start a new role on short notice and can commit to working in the London office for a minimum of 3-4 days per week.
