Drafting and taking instructions on a variety of wills and associated estate planning documentsWriting wills and managing incoming casesCommunicate with clients over the phone, progressing each case through to completionDocument and write wills, ensuring all documentation is legally accurate and professionally writtenAccurately maintain client records and correspondence, ensuring all compliance and regulatory standards are metAbout You
A strong background in wills drafting and or estate planningAbility to build rapport with your clients as well as a passion for delivering excellent customer serviceHigh level of attention to detailConfidence to lead with casesA proven ability to manage your own caseload and deliver to deadlinesApplication Process
