Overview
We are recruiting for a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst for an organisation in the Morley area of Leeds.This is a permanent position but is paid through our agency for the first 3 months whilst you are in probation.Responsibilities
Provide first line IT service desk support with basic troubleshooting for PCs and laptops.Interact with colleagues on a day-to-day basis, delivering strong customer service and effective communication.Qualifications
Some experience working on an IT Service Desk with basic troubleshooting requests around PCs and laptops.Outstanding customer service and communication skills are basic requirements.If you are keen on a career in IT and have some exposure and understand of 1st Line issues please apply for immediate consideration
