OverviewKitchen Administration Manager (Maternity Cover) at Aqua Restaurant Group. This is a 48-hour contract, full-time position for 12 months to cover maternity leave, starting December 2025. Located at Aqua Shard, Level 31 of The Shard in London.

Responsibilities

Assist the Head Chef in overseeing kitchen operations and provide administrative support to keep the kitchen well-stocked and organized.

Coordinate the team’s holiday and rotas to ensure the kitchen is well-staffed and running smoothly.

CompensationYou will be paid £30,534.76 per annum. In addition, eligibility for the venue’s Tronc system may add up to £14,492.00 per year. The Tronc system is managed by the Tronc Master.

LocationAqua Shard, Level 31, The Shard, London. The restaurant serves lunch, afternoon tea, dinner and brunch with panoramic views of London.
