Senior Project Manager - UK South Construction DivisionWe are looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our UK South Construction team in London on large Residential and Commercial schemes. Reporting into the Project/Regional Director, you will be responsible for planning, coordination and management of all aspects of the project/section in line with the PEP aligned to the Sisk overall business strategy. You will have overall responsibility for delivery, safety, environmental, quality and profit and loss. Maintain close working relationships with the client, their representatives and other project stakeholders. Manage the relationship at a Senior level for all supply chain involved in the project.John Sisk and Son have been building excellence as a family-owned international construction company by offering trust, certainty and value to our clients whilst being at the heart of change.Key Responsibilities
Prepare the Procurement strategy with the QS and prequalification of key supply chain (early awards)Prepare a preliminary Risk Register and mitigate/manage any risks for the duration of the projectWork with the SQS to prepare a prelim procurement schedule and track sameEnsure that the Health, Safety and Environmental plan and project resources reflect the project scope and programme, including temporary worksResponsible for setting the design strategy, including BIM, DRM, and scope of novated services (if part of project scope)Manage employee resources, including cover for site when staff are on annual leave or trainingExperience and Skills
Value a relentless focus on HSEQS as a critical priorityGood technical knowledgeFamiliarity with key contract principlesGood understanding of MandE aspects as well as civil/structural/architecturalFamiliarity with the concepts of BIMQualifications and Training
Academic and/or professional qualification in construction related subject. Ideally charteredSMSTS, CDM/PSCS Awareness, BBS, Root Cause Analysis and S5 and Q10 internal workshopsCVRs, PEPBenefits
