What you''ll be doing As Registered Manager, you will have full responsibility for the leadership, development, and day-to-day management of the residential children''s home. You will ensure that children receive outstanding care in a safe, nurturing environment, enabling them to make progress in all aspects of their lives. You will work closely with a highly supportive senior leadership team and play a key role in shaping the service''s culture, achievements, and success.
