This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in Systems Engineering to play a key role in ensuring new products meet rigorous performance, safety, and quality standards. The Principal Systems Engineer will: Champion the development and maintenance of core systems engineering processes and capabilities across the organisation. Manage and engage with Systems Models, ensuring consistent generation, control, and linkage of systems artifacts across multiple projects. Collaborate with technical experts to deliver architectural designs for Energy Solution products that meet complex stakeholder needs. Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies where beneficial to the business. Create and maintain traceable systems documentation, including User, Product, and System Requirements Specifications. Lead and coordinate system requirement analysis activities such as Use Case analysis, functional analysis, and safety and robustness evaluations.
