Grow Tradeweb''s franchise in the Central Banks segment as part of the European Sales Team, delivering excellent service to clients.Develop and execute the Central Banks sales strategy, partnering closely with European Client Services and European Product Management teams.Deliver an above-excellent level of service to all clients and respond to phone and email requests in a timely manner.Manage, build and develop key relationships internally and with the European customer base; educate others and provide presentations/demonstrations as necessary.Help maintain Tradeweb''s position as a market leader within the Fixed Income and Derivatives e-trading market by staying up to date with market developments and competitor intelligence.Qualifications

5 - 7 years experience within SalesPrevious experience covering official institutions preferableExtensive Fixed Income knowledge; ETF and derivatives would be idealUnderstanding of electronic trading/e-commerceKnowledge of client electronic workflow and tech considerations, clearing and settlement is desirableExcellent communication and presentation skillsResults focused and attention to detailCommitment to achieving high standardsTeam-player; effective communicatorEuropean languages is not essential, but would be beneficialJob details
