The Role
As Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing, developing, and inspiring a team of Business Development Managers. You will play a pivotal role in setting strategy, driving activity, and ensuring consistent delivery of new business revenue targets across your region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate your team to deliver against ambitious new business targets.
* Oversee recruitment, induction, and training to ensure a consistently high-performing sales force.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain a strong culture of professionalism and integrity.
* Conduct regular one-to-one reviews to support development and maximise sales performance.
* Monitor conversion rates, pipeline activity, and overall team success.
* Drive best practice across the sales cycle, from prospecting to closing high-value business.
* Promote a safe, compliant, and high-performing working environment.
What We''re Looking For - Significant experience leading and inspiring large sales teams in a B2B environment.
* Proven ability to sell at a senior level, engaging with Business Owners, Directors, and HR Managers.
* A motivational leader who can instil confidence, maintain morale, and encourage accountability.
* Strong commercial awareness, with an excellent track record in securing new business and retaining clients.
* A disciplined, organised manager with exceptional communication and influencing skills.
