This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to upholding high standards of safety and quality.Day-to-day of the role:Perform regular preventive maintenance on all production equipment to ensure optimal performance.Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, performing repairs or coordinating with specialised teams as needed.Calibrate machines and instruments to maintain product quality and meet specifications.Ensure prompt response to machine breakdowns to minimise production delays.Conduct root cause analysis on equipment failures and suggest long-term corrective actions.Assist operators in resolving technical issues related to machinery operations.Maintain detailed maintenance logs and equipment repair histories.Follow all safety protocols and lock-out/tag-out procedures during machine servicing.Ensure machinery complies with internal quality and safety standards.Report hazards or unsafe equipment conditions immediately.Coordinate with production supervisors and ..... full job details .....
